The Mission

The Hazelle Catherine Bass Institute for the Arts (The HCB Institute for the Arts) is a 501 (c) (3) that began to bring hope to all people through the healing melodic sounds of the piano, organ and other expressions of art. This public benefit tax-exempt organization focuses on restoring strong family values in all cultures and communities.

The HCB Institute for the Arts will teach students how to read music, sing and play an instrument. The ability to read music will empower students with the gift of musical expression to engage with the world, provide healing/catharsis for trauma and be employable.
